The Conference Registration fee includes:
- Conference pack
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Annual Party
- Coffee and tea breaks
The Accompanying Person
Accompanying persons/attendance only” are persons who DO NOT present any paper/poster but wish to attend the conference and its social functions. They are not entitled to a “conference pack” (bag, badge, program, book of abstracts etc.) but they can attend conference activities, sessions, cocktail and dinner for the fee specified.
The Accompanying Person fee includes:
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Annual Party
Trips
All trips include guide and entrance fee to sites we are visiting.

Cancellation
Cancellation received before 15th July 2018: Full refund minus a € 30 administration fee
- After 15h July: No refund
- Last Cancelation: 15 August
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at hotelandtrip@icaz2018ankara.com about the cancellation of the registration.
Refund
- The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
- Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
